About MCAA McCutcheon Squadron
Marine Corps Aviation Association McCutcheon Squadron stood up on May 5th, 2006 on MCAS New River, North Carolina. Named after the highly decorated Marine aviator, General Keith B. McCutcheon, the members maintain the esprit de corps of General McCutcheon by gathering to honor the efforts of all Marines in Marine Aviation. Recognizing the work of MCAA National Headquarters in Quantico, VA, the MCAA McCutcheon squadron has contributed to MCAA by supporting semi-annual events that focus on the heritage of Marine aviation. After two years of hosting an event called “Warrior Night”, the gathering of Marines, sailors, veterans and guests has enabled us to toast all Marine aircrew, Marines, Sailors, Soldiers and Airmen that have made the ultimate sacrifice while flying in Marine aircraft during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
